Deilvery information

UK deliveries
We use either Royal Mail 'signed for' or next day DHL courier delivery. For both methods of delivery a signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for it.

Urgent orders. We only send guaranteed next day deliveries via DHL. (due to reliability issues with Royal Mail).
For Royal Mail 'signed for' delivery should be within 2-3 days, however Royal Mail reccomends that you allow up to 10 days for delivery.

UK Postage costs :
Royal Mail 'signed for' £ 2.99.
DHL NEXT DAY delivery £ 9.00.

All UK orders over £ 90.00 will be sent via DHL with FREE postage and packing. This service includes Northern Ireland, Isle of man, Isle of Wight, all of the Scotish islands; but NOT the Channel islands.

Lost parcels.

DHL - We can track a DHL parcel right through its delivery process. In the unlikely instance of DHL losing a parcel we will send out an immediate replacement.
Royal Mail : Once a parcel is with Royal mail, its timely arrival is subject to them. We are unable to despatch a replacement for a lost parcel until Royal mail confirms they have lost the parcel. (10 days after posting).

Dressed with style is not responsible for any failed deliveries because there was no one in at the address to sign for it. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not signed for, or because the customer provided an incorrect address, then the consignment will be subject to a further delivery charge.
